The homie Wally $ean has been holding me down on the compilation tip for a few months now, and it's time to shine light on some of the ill compilations and write-up's over at TMB dot com. This is a brand new tape, based on The Warriors (any Wu-Tang swordsman's favorite film), incorporating lots of hardcore '90's joints fo that ass!Here's the official description, and the back cover + dl link ensue at the bottom.
Inspired by the 1979 film of the same name, the tape is a retrospective of '90s hardcore Hip-Hop. Like the Warriors themselves, hardcore Hip-Hop acts are something of a phenom in today's game, seemingly attacked from all sides by industry big-wigs, bongo drum-slapping backpackers and wack-ass hipsters. So, as they say in the flick, "Warriors, come out and plaaayeeyaaay!"
