Found this on side A of some random JR Ewing mixtape. No lie, when I first heard the name JR Ewing it was synonymous with a DJ that mixed a track that appeared on the Madden '05 or '03 soundtrack. Shit was basura. But, when I heard JR's Pure Premium series, it blew my mind. Remarkably ill. This guy isn't really a producer as much as a knowledgeable head who throws together ill mixes. Apparently this is a Krumb Snatcha jawn with production from Primo. The instrumental is real smooth, the rhymes are a bit mediocre but the storytelling is what makes this one worth the listen.
