Low Budget Records released The Budget Is Low Mixtape Volume 1 towards the end of '09. You obviously can't expect anything but quality from the Low Budget collective, so rest assured that the tape is brolic. What I wasn't expecting was a cold gem of an instrumental to start the tape.
