Rhymefest feat. Mikkey Halsted & Bump J:Chicago-Rillas

Some heat off Fest's '06 release Blue Collar. This was released just as Mikkey Halsted had crazy hype regarding his situation with Cash Money. Not one to disappoint, Mikkey delivered with some ill bars over this No I.D. instrumental. Bump weakens this jawn's overall value with a very weak verse, but 'Fest and Mikkey provide all the raw you need.

Army Of The Pharoahs-Seven

When you imagine the full potential of a clique full of battle rappers cosigned by an underground general like Vinnie Paz, you come up with a gem like Seven. The punchlines are endless, and the instrumental is quality work. What more could you want?

Non-Phixion: Rock Stars

This is a track off Non-Phixion's '04 release The Future Is Now. Honestly, when that album came out, I was expecting a lot more, primarily in terms of production, but also in terms of aesthetic dopeness. Not surprisingly, the Primo produced track is ill.
On a sidenote, I found it kind of interesting that Primo somewhat sampled himself on the hook (Deck's bar on Above The Clouds).

Army Of The Pharaohs-Tear It Down

Although I'm not the biggest Jedi Mind head, I really appreciate the work put in by the AOTP collective. V Paz is the hardcore equivalent to Marley Marl in terms of assembling all-star groups and features. You can find Tear It Down on The Torture Papers. Shit's a well-potent jawn laden with punchlines and metaphors. There's a great line about underhand pitches too, so you know how hard this shit hits.

Children Of The Corn-American Dream

I only have two collector's edition Children Of The Corn tapes, and both have this same jawn, so I'm not sure if there's a difference between the two, and if there is, then I issue my condolences.
This is that type ill shit, where all five spittas provide quality verses and kill shit over a simplistic instrumental. McGruff & Bloodshed are quite underrated.

Boot Camp Clik: 1-2-3

As can be expected, any project that you tie Sean Price back to is the equivalent of pure Colombian cocaine. Although Boot Camp's debut effort was a bit weak, the following albums are all straight heaters.
Pete Rock laces the Clik with some type ill production, and the boys drop some deserving bars.
