I don't know much about Agency 1994, and in the limited 'research' I've done, all that's become clear is that it's one dude. This jawn fits into the horrorcore genre with dystopian themes aplenty, and rhymes that might could make Big L blush, even though shit's somewhat dedicated to him.

Agecny 1994 are a collective from South Carolina, It consits off producer Dj bless aka sutter kain, Swan the truth, Donnie darko, Jim snooka and hue hef,All on Never So Deep records... On this track it is Donnie Darko spitting, Agencey 1994 dont exist anymore, but each rapper except swan are still on the grind
