Some older Rap-A-Lot shit from '95. When it comes to TX rap, 5th Ward Boyz provided some of the earlier forms of illness, not to say no one dope came before them, but their mesh of G-Funk and esoteric rapps is to be taken serious.
Concrete Hell is type trite these days, but I imagine shit was original in '95, and still sounds like some head-nodding southern muzak.
