The Dysfunkshunal Familee released New Ruff Flava on an eponymous 12". I don't have that vinyl or that specific cut, but there's an unreleased copy of an album they were working on back in '94 that somehow found it's way onto the internets. Not as though you can't find this jawn elsewhere, just providing the main source (word to Large Pro).
