Young Hootie is a rhyme-spitta from Compton, CA with quite a bit of ferocity in his rhimes. I caught onto dukes via DubCNN's mixtape section, among countless other underground rapp dudes. If you can still find it, Hootie's The Culmination is a tape well worth copping. Although there's the imaginable filler, there's quite a few gems to be found as well.
