At first glance, Kenn Starr and the Low Budget crew may just seem like another dope DMV act, they are far more. Knowing Kenn personally, I can tell you that this dude is the truth in every bar. Too many cats from the DMV are trying to appeal to everyone, and thus losing my interest.
