You can find this one on INI's Center Of Attention, and probably on some long-forgotten Pete Rock beat tape too.
As I see it, back in '95 Pete Rock was at his creative pinnacle, blessed with the Midas touch among producers, flipping any sample and hungry for more. Pete Rock stayed on his remix shit, there was about a 50/50 chance if you made an underground mainstay that Pete Rock would throw his own touch on it. Nowadays, the closest thing we have to that is Cookin' Soul.
