While most were waxing poetic about Talib Kweli's break-out single Get By, I was most captivated by a miniature posse cut featuring three artists that aesthetically don't sound right on paper.
Even after hearing Kanye spit alongside Pharoahe Monch, the experience of hearing those two together is somewhat surreal. Still, this jawn is nothing to fuck wit'. If you can withstand a weak 'Ye hook, you'll be rewarded with a rugged beat and a raw exchange of guerilla monsoon rap.
