Off the stellar Soul On Ice. For some reason I've always felt that Marinatin' was an good song on the wrong album. For the genius that was Soul On Ice, it sounded a little out of place to hear Ras Kass over some Cali G-Funk. Now, is that to say that Marinatin' is wack? Not at all, in fact, this is probably one of the better songs off Soul On Ice, and in the top 3 for instrumentals. Just gotta pick your spots Rassy.
