The standard to which all instrumentals are held to? Quite possibly. It's hard to describe the perfect instrumental, but T.R.O.Y. has it all. Sans CL Smooth on the mic, the jazzy refrains are perfect, and Pete Rock has crafted the ultimate masterpiece. Honestly, there's no counter-arguments.
