On the topic of cocaine transport, you need to see the documentary Cocaine Cowboys. One of the most eye-opening flicks I've ever seen, especially since it's narrated by Jon Roberts, who was right in the middle of it all and had ties with all the big names of the Miami coke cowboys as well as the Colombian suppliers. To him a guy like Pablo Escobar is more than a name. That's harrowing, in my opinion.
